Making the most of every opportunity, given the online platform, there have been avenues where simple things can become special.

A young child woke up on the morning of his birthday, and he excitedly told his Mom, “My classmates in Sunday school are going to greet me today!” (in Zoom)   Yes! One of the special events in our SCE in Zoom is that we greet our kids on their birthday… put a spotlight to them and let them blow the virtual candles! We can all see the smiles! And the parents have recorded the reaction of their child to the virtual birthday greeting, appreciating this small gesture that has brought a smile to their child.

We thank the Lord for Sunday Christian Education via Zoom in 3 classes, with an average of 52 students (January – November 2021) and 16 volunteer teachers. Total enlisted kids are 106 students.

We cater to our kids in the Church@Home by providing free Bible lessons in CCBC Kids FB Page & Kids FB Group

Plus, VBS 2021 “Rocky Railway – Jesus’ Power Pulls Us Through” in August 2021 – an Audio-Visual Presentation is available in the CCBC Kids FB Group

Currently, we have the AWANA Podcast weekly with 40-48 clubbers & 16 AWANA leaders. We do Bible Memory Challenge in video & delivery of AWANA Store items. CCBC AWANA Club is in its 7th year!

We have Values Classes via Google Meet for SY 2021-22 in Sto. Cristo Elementary School, 11th Year, Gr. 5 & 6 level with 5 volunteers, with 492 students. Bungad Elementary School, 10th year, Gr. 4-6 level, with 3 volunteers, with 252 students. Plus, Kalantiaw Elem. School, 1st Year, Gr. 5 & 6 level with 2 volunteers, 121 students.

Let us continue to pray for all our volunteer teachers and the participation of our students, especially for our internet connection.

Let’s make simple things special!
